dream about goro

so i had two separate dreams about goro.

the first one was a few nights ago and we were filming a drama together. we were gonna do a kiss scene and it was my first one ever so i was twice as nervous. goro just said smoothly "it'll be ok" and when we did the scene he was such a smooth kisser. so gentle, something you'd expect from a girl i guess. but there was a cold feeling to his lips and that bothered me throughout the whole dream.

the next one is a pretty funny one. it was about goro's "new wild haircut". if you know me, i'm always complaining about how goro never changes his hair. but the thing is, i didn't see his new hair! even in a dream i can't imagine him with any other type of hair. lol.

i cut it off at inocchi because those are the only people that matter really. i'm surprised at my top 6. well not really surprised at who it is but at how the orders have changed. a few months ago it was nakai, goro, jun, toma, taichi, go. now mabo has overtaken nakai?! this is pretty big since it only took like two months for me to decide on mabo while it took almost half a year for me to decide that nakai is number 1 over goro but only by the smallest difference. and yamaguchi has somehow entered the top too!

another dream?! maybe this is my christmas present..

i had another dream! this time it involved kimura and nakai! i was watching like a sxs christmas bistro special with otsuka ai as the guest. suddenly i was IN the show. i was cutting up some mushrooms with kimura and nakai watching next to me. then out of nowhere kimura asks for my knife and starts cutting the mushrooms himself. nakai was standing close to him and i was just looking at them. then my fangirl came out and i actually said "wow, the two tops. you look like a married couple!" instead of being weirded out they played it up and nakai put his head on kimura's shoulder. then we sat down to eat whatever it was we were cooking and it was just me, kimura and the actress megumi. not the one from the drama pride but the one that used to always appear in skits on sxs. she was jealous of the attention i got from kimura and was making snide remarks. i of course didn't just sit there and let her insult me so we got into an argument. then megumi made something really horrible that made me start to tear up and by this time kimura had had enough and told megumi to apologize. she did but in a fake way and i was just so frustrated so i walked away. kimura ran after me and caught my arm to stop me. tryinig to comfort me he said "she apologized, it's ok now." i replied with "do you really believe that she was sincere? i can't take it anymore takuya. thank you for the meal." after i said that i walked to class and kimura was also in it too but sat two rows behind me. i could feel that he was looking at me and very concerned. when we started watching a movie in class i took that as a chance to get away and went to the restroom. kimura got up too but i lost him and hid in the restroom stall.

wow i've been having dreams about everyone lately! like every night! maybe this is their way of trying to pull me back into spending all my time on the internet obsessing over them. but you know, i've got a life and things to do outside of je! lol, well, at least during winter break.

can i just say i'm happily surprised?!!! goro looks good and so fierce in the first two pictures. They actually surprised me by how good they look together. maybe kimura's image was just too wild for the lady like koyuki in engine? but the tissue in the nose cracks me up. and it looks like goro doesn't have any problems acting like a married couple with koyuki. there's actually touching that's not just platonic! could this be a sign of a good romantic comedy that isn't too chaste? and this is weird but...goro should look beat up and dirty more often! lol. i can really see the old goro in the pose and expression in the second picture.

funny story

so my parents and aunt were watching house of flying daggers tonight. while we were watching my aunt asked my mom which guy she liked. my mom said takeshi kaneshiro. my aunt said, nah i like andy lau. then they turned to my dad who was lying on the couch and asked him who he liked. he just laughed and avoided the question. when they asked me i said "i like them both." and then my dad jokingly said "wow, what a player." haha

Nagase in Cambodia, very touching

this is a program that nagase did where he went to cambodia to visit a place that treated children who contracted HIV from their parents. i think the purpose of the show was to see what you could do for 10,000 yen (approximately 100 dollars). for the morning batch of medicine to treat 19 children it costs 700 yen (a little under 7 dollars). for the medicine in the morning and night it costs about 1300 yen a day. with his 10,000 yen he can pay for a week's worth of medicine. it's a really touching video especially when nagase has to say good bye to the children. at 14:13 he sings the japanese version of sukiyaki to create a happy departing memory. he was 25 when he did this so it was probably in 2003/2004 sandra did a translation of an article where he talks about his experience in cambodia here http://www.wretch.cc/blog/gakinme&article_id=7309254

for all the silly funny things they usually do on their shows tokio still does so many meaningful programs.

okada junichi dream

so in my dream it was mid afternoon and i had just put my 4 year old niece to sleep. after i put her to sleep i walked into my bedroom and plopped onto my b ed. i was laying on my right side and next to me was a pillow that i hugged. next to the pillow was a man and all i could see was his back because he was turned the other way. then i said "hey, when should i wake you up?" the person turned his head to look at me and it was okada junichi! he was half asleep and said groggily "hmmm, 5 o'clock? yeah, i gotta have enough time to get ready for work." then he turned his body so that he was facing me and hugged the pillow i was hugging. it seemed like he had gone back to sleep but then he opened his eyes, gave a cute little smile, pat my head gently and said "you'll wake me up right?". then he went back to sleep.

he's seriously been creeping slowly into my fandom in these past few years. for some reason, i don't take to him as quickly as others. it's not that i ever disliked him but there was always somebody with him that i paid more attention to. but still, slowly but surely, he got in there. man, johnny really was some sort of evil genius. he knew how to tap into the hearts and wallets of young girls/housewives before anyone did back then. and somehow, he managed to make those groups last even when they're over 30, something that is incomprehensible to american/western boybands. but then there are also the group members themselves that keep people interested over so many years. when they don't succeed they try to figure out ways to make themselves work and appeal to people. variety shows are a godsend to je groups. why is johnny an EVIL genius? because he keeps on sucking out the money in my bank account. also, somehow, he set up his empire in such a way that when you like one group, you start branching out to other groups and liking them. it's probably impossible to be dedicated to just one group without liking another.

Smap's Dangan Fighter on MS

i like the song better than mermaid but i guess that's not saying much. i dunno, i wouldn't say it was half-assed because that would be discrediting smap's hard work but it just seems not as much thought is put into the singles anymore. maybe it's because it's a song for a sports event. but it's upbeat but not really. not as fun as bang bang vacance yet not as feel good as freebird which was another upbeat but sorta mellow single. maybe i just haven't heard it enough to like it. well i'm sure it'll still be number 1 for the first week. now here's a little story my deranged head came up with

Goronakai

aren't goro and nakai unusually close today? and why such a gap from the other members. oh my, knees and elbows touching. but wait, look at the face on takuya, goro's usual "touchy buddy"

Busted

takuya's not pleased and goro knows it. nakai has also realized this and is alarmed. shingo is still trying to figure out what is happening.

Sexynakai

while nakai's trying to let things cool off he sits to the side and turns on his sexy. yes, he makes even sitting and leaning to the side a bit so sexy. must be the deep v white t-shirt. number 6 is like him trying to hide his smile as he thinks "yeah, i'm so sexy." number 3 is him looking down nonchalantly to strike another pose. "maybe this angle will work too." and number 2 is him looking at the fangirls and thinking "yeah, you're looking at me." but! while he sits all sexy something has happened!

What

seems like goro has gone back to his friendly/good-natured tsuyoshi who he had a fling with back in the triangle days in winter of 06. nakai's of course alerted and sending sexy death rays at goro. takuya's just in the back relaxing because he knows goro always comes back.

ROFL. it's amazing what the mind can come up with about things that happened in a few minutes. but it's so fun. i'm glad i have these sorta smap moments again. lately i've been sorta not as interested. neglectfulness of the familiar probably. well it's probably because they haven't done anything new in so long so every week is just the routine episode of sxs. during this time i sorta went exploring for new things i didn't have time before. such as

Mabo

taichi and mabo from tokio. they were also on the show. i'll spend time elaborating on another post devoted to my new found interests.
